I'm starting out with one of my favorite breakfast recipes!
Overnight French Toast
Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) French bread loaf
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (16-ounce) French bread loaf

Directions:
Cut bread loaf into about 10 (3/4-inch-thick) slices.
Arrange bread in an ungreased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
Pour melted butter evenly over bread.
Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, syrup, vanilla and salt; pour over bread.

Cover and overnight
The next day...
Pre-heat oven to 350°
Remove from fridge and place in the oven.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes or until golden.
I swear you will love it! Have powder sugar, syrup and cinnamon ready!
